Cause:
The style entered in the STYLEREF field has not yet been applied to any text in the document.
Solution:
Apply the style to the text.
1) Position the insertion point at the text to have the style.
2) Select the 'Format' menu.
3) Select 'Style...'.
4) Select a style name.
5) Click 'OK'.
